My takeaways:

• It’s GOOD for quickly assessing whether a video is worth watching
• It’s GOOD for quickly seeing the main talking points of a video
• It’s PRETTY GOOD for determining what section of a video are most interesting/relevant for you
• It’s BAD for getting the actual content of the video (e.g. sometimes it will summarize things falsely or leave crucial things out)
